  1. How do I contact Tastykake?

    For online orders:
    If you would like to place an order online, please do so through the website or by calling 1-800-33-TASTY (1-800-338-2789), Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm ET.

    For store-bought products:
    If you have a question or complaint about a product purchased in a store, please call 1-800-24-TASTY (1-800-248-2789).

    For retailers:
    If you are a retail business and would like to inquire about selling Tastykakes, please call 1-215-221-8500.
  2. Where Can I Purchase Tastykakes?

    Use our online store locator to search by zip code for locations that sell Tastykakes.
  3. What shipping service levels are available?

    We ship all orders using UPS. When placing an order, you can request Standard Ground, Second Day Air, or Next Day Air Saver service.

    The shipping fee is calculated by UPS and based on weight of the package and destination.

    Orders placed by 11:59pm EST will be shipped the following business day. Orders are not shipped on weekend days.

    Please note: Orders placed between November 23rd and 27th will be shipped on Monday, November 28th.

  4. Can I ship outside the United States?

    No, orders placed on Tastykake.com can only be shipped to locations within the United States.

    Yes, we have added nutritional information on all our products in the Product Info section of the website.

    No, to protect our valued consumers, we unfortunately do not offer Bakery tours at this time.

    With the revamping of our online store, the process for fulfilling online orders has changed. Due to the short shelf life of pies, we are no longer able to offer them through the website. We apologize for any inconvience.
